We have drafted a feasibility study for a new utilization for the now no longer needed section of Bewag AG's Charlottenburg power and heat cogeneration plant site, incorporating existing buildings, some of which possess listed status. Our interdisciplinary team worked out a sustainable project concept focused around the motorcycle, on the basis of our site and market analysis. The concept was then examined for its cost efficiency, and for financial and legal feasibility.
As the results of our calculations and analysis showed that the project could be realized, we recommended the company Bewag AG, represented by Herr Dr. Grube (Manager of the section Corporate Real Estate Management) to continue the concept.
