Our team has drafted a study on the feasibility of a residential housing project for a site on the Berlin Spandau Canal to the north of the Lehrter Station.
We elaborated, for a defined target group derived from our site and market analysis, a sustainable project concept incorporating innovative, user orientated utilizations and maximum flexibility.
The feasibility study, complete with economy calculations and analysis of legal feasibility, has been unveiled to the site owner Vivico Real Estate GmbH at a presentation event on February 15, 2003, and discussed in a plenary meeting.
